Qualification
- Bachelor of B.Sc.Microbiology or similar discipline with 1-3 years relevant experience in a cGMP regulated facility or relevant regulated facility.
- Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner within team oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours, split shift and during weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Performing microbiological tests and interpreting the results based upon the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring that good laboratory practice in the microbiology laboratory.
- Prepare microbiological media and reconciliation as per SOP. Performing Growth Promotion Test and periodic culture suspension.
- Operation of autoclave sterilization, decontamination and disinfectant preparation with online documentation.
- Analysis and sampling of water samples, in-process, raw materials and finished product.
- Perform equipment calibrations.
- Handling of OS, Incidents, change controls, risk assessments and deviations.
- Preparation and Implementation of SOP, SP, Specifications and Protocols as per current GMP guidelines and pharmacopoeias. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements as an effort to strengthen the quality system
